This document is published by virtue of a legal requirement under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 that require ‘intermediaries’ to publish the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms for access or usage of our Website and is primarily governed by Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time, without any specific notice. Please re-visit the page “Terms of Use” on our Website to stay abreast of any changes that we may introduce. Your continued use of our services shall constitute your consent to such changes.

In the event of a conflict between these terms of service and any other terms governing the relation between the parties, the Service Agreement prevailing with that particular client shall prevail.

The term “hrEntries”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or any of its grammatical variations refers to ValueLink Technologies Pvt Ltd. The term “You” or “user” means and include any natural or legal person availing services or accessing the website hrentries.com.


The website www.hrentries.com is owned by ValueLink Technologies Pvt Ltd a company incorporated under Companies Act 2013 having its registered office at 1172, 2nd Cross, HAL III Stage, New Tippasandra, Bangalore- 5600075. (herein after referred to as “hrentries”).

hrEntries provides cloud-based services capable of managing critical business processes such as Personnel Information Management, Payroll, Expense Reimbursements, Leave and Attendance administration, Sales/Production Incentives, Document Vaulting, Timesheets, Asset management, Helpdesk management, Project based tracking and invoicing, Performance Management, Shift Management, Visitor Management, Vendor Management etc.

Use of the Website “hrentries.com” is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. hrEntries at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a User from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.


Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement. By using the Site you agree to our use, collection and disclosure of personally identifiable information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.


You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Website’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify hrEntries of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. hrEntries.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section. For viewing the public content on the website, you might not require login details, id or password, in those cases you would still be bound by these terms and conditions.


By using this website, you represent that you are competent to contract as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and any person who shall be considered as incompetent to contract including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc., are not eligible to use of our services(“User”).

Any person using the Services and/or the Indirect Services on behalf of a proprietor/ partnership/ firm/ company, represents and warrants that it is duly authorized to accept the Terms and Conditions and the Policies by the User and that such person has the authority to bind the User to these Terms and Conditions and the Policies.


hrEntries provides a number of Internet-based services for managing critical business processes such as Personnel Information Management, Payroll, Expense Reimbursements, Leave and Attendance administration, Sales/Production Incentives, Document Vaulting, Timesheets, Asset management, Helpdesk management, Project based tracking and invoicing, Performance Management, Shift Management, Visitor Management, Vendor Management as desired by its clients, through the Web Site (all such services, collectively, the “Service”).

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to reject any prevailing service at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time.

Upon acceptance of the order by hrEntries, we shall cater the services to you and be entitled to its payment for the same. You will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.


You, as a Recipient of our services, understand that upon initiating a Transaction, You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with hrEntries to purchase the services using the Payment Facility, and You shall pay the Transaction Price through Your Issuing Bank to the hrentries using Payment Facility.

You represent and warrant that if you are availing any of our services, that you will have the following options of payment: –

  • Net Banking
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Wallets/UPI
  • Other modes


You warrant that in case you are making the payment by Credit Card, any credit information you supply is true and complete; charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and

hrEntries reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions by service recipients with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by the service recipients with hrEntries or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or breach of any policy.

All Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.

All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which support Payment Facility to provide these services to the Users. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between service recipients and the respective Issuing Bank.

hrEntries reserves the right to amend the subscription charges and/or membership fees from a user, by giving reasonable prior notice, in respect of any product, service or any other aspect of this site anytime in future.


Any user intending to use our services are required to register with our website. While registering and using the website you represent and warrant that

  1. You have the capacity to enter into a contract.
  2. In case you represent an organizations or corporates, you are authorized to use our website on behalf of such entities.
  3. The Information you provide or update are accurate and current.
  4. You don’t provide misleading, offensive, defamatory or illegal information.
  5. You don’t use information belonging to another person or entity.
  6. You don’t impersonate another person or entity.
  7. You don’t use the website or services provided herein for acts which are illegal or offensive under any law in force.
  8. You don’t do any act that amounts to breach of security of hrentries.
  9. You don’t do any act that Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
  10. You don’t publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information;
  11. You don’t upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;
  12. You don’t upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Website or another’s computer;
  13. You don’t conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters;
  14. You don’t download any file posted by another user of a Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner;
  15. You don’t falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;
  16. You don’t violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Service;
  17. You don’t violate any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force in or outside India; and
  18. You don’t violate any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any other terms and conditions for the use of the Website contained elsewhere herein.
  19. You don’t do any acts that might cause public outrage or inspire violence due to a recent event
  20. You don’t do any acts that have an overtly sexual connotation or tone, including strong sexual innuendo.
  21. You accept all risks of unauthorized access to registration data and any other information you provide us.


You understand that in case of breach of any of the above the company reserves the right to suspend, suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Website without any prior notice. You understand that you are responsible for the security of your user details and any activity that occur on your account is your sole responsibility.


You understand that the hrEntries is the sole and absolute owner of the contents of this website and when accessing our website, you are given a non¬transferable, non-­exclusive revocable license to use our services.

Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary or any proprietary material owned by a third party and so expressly mentioned, hrEntries owns all Intellectual Property Rights to and into the Website, including, without limitation, any and all rights, title and interest in and to copyright, related rights, patents, utility models, trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs, know-how, trade secrets and inventions (whether patentable or not), goodwill, source code, meta tags, databases, text, content, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not use, reproduce or distribute any content from the Website belonging to hrEntries without obtaining authorization from hrentries.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is expressly clarified that you will retain ownership and shall solely be responsible for any content that you provide or upload when using any Service, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video or any other material which you may upload, transmit or store when making use of our various Service.

This Site and all Content are the copyrighted property of hrEntries, and/or its subsidiaries (referred to herein as “hrEntries”) or the copyrighted property of parties from whom hrEntries has licensed such property. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms of Use. “hrEntries” reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of Content at any time without prior notice.


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold hrEntries and its agents, officers, directors, employees, successors, assigns, contractors, services providers, third-party suppliers of information and documents, advertisers, attorneys, other product and service providers and affiliates (each, an “Indemnified Party”), harmless against all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, losses, fines, injury, judgments, disputes, costs, charges and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with such claims) made by you or others resulting from, arising out of or related to:

  1. any acts or omissions by you, your authorized users
  2. hrEntries or any other Indemnified Party’s use of or reliance on information and data furnished by you or resulting from activities that hrEntries or any other Indemnified Party undertakes at your request, or at the request of anyone hrEntries or any other Indemnified Party believes in good faith to be your authorized agent, in providing the Service or otherwise in connection with this Agreement
  3. your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site
  4. any errors in or omissions from the Site or any services or products obtainable there from
  5. the unavailability or interruption of the Site or any features thereof
  6. your use of the site
  7. the content contained on the Site
  8. any delay or failure in performance beyond the control of the Covered Party.



In no event will hrEntries’s or any other Indemnified Party’s liability for any act or omission relating to the Service exceed the total charge for services provided for the two (2) month period immediately preceding such act or omission by hrEntries. This amount will be in lieu of all other remedies which you may have against hrEntries and any affiliated party. In no event will hrEntries provide warranty for the accuracy, correctness or completeness of information/content generated using our algorithms/tools. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the accuracy of the information that your retrieve from the website. hrEntries in no case will be liable or party to be any dispute that may arise between the client, its employees (current, former and prospective), government regulatory authorities and any other parties due to either issues of inaccuracy of data, data leak, loss or any such instances.




The user guarantees, warrants, and certifies that you are the owner of the content which you submit or otherwise authorized to use the content and that the content does not infringe upon the property rights, intellectual property rights or other rights of others. You further warrant that to your knowledge, no action, suit, proceeding, or investigation has been instituted or threatened relating to any content, including trademark, trade name service mark, and copyright formerly or currently used by you in connection with the Services rendered by hrEntries. All the images and content on the website are copyright protected and any form of reverse engineering, modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling will have legal consequences. User data and information provided may be shared by hrEntries with its partners.


hrEntries hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the services provided. We do not represent or warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the Site will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable. We may make changes to the features, functionality or content of the Site at any time without notice. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site. The services as provided may change depending on policies of the company.

We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.


hrEntries will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to hrEntries that actually are received and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send or update. hrEntries is not responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of orders arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software or any computer virus or related problem that may be attributable to services provided by any Internet Access Service Provider. hrEntries is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions or if your credit-card payment is not processed by your credit-card company.


The information, content, documents and materials contained in this Website, including text, graphics, links or other items, are provided “as is”, “as available” with “all faults”. The information and services may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations. hrEntries and its affiliates does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information, content, documents and materials on the Site and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information, content, documents and materials. In no event will hrEntries or its indemnified parties be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation or the like), losses or expenses arising in connection with this site, information or service or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if hrEntries, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses. The negation and limitation of damages set forth above are fundamental elements on the basis of the bargain between hrEntries and you. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from hrEntries or its indemnified parties through the site or otherwise shall create any warranty, representation or guarantee not expressly stated in this Agreement.


This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be amicably settled between the Parties, failing which the Parties may approach the Courts of Law in Bengaluru. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party.


You agree that hrEntries, may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account.


hrEntries may terminate these Terms and Conditions and the Policies and/or the Services hereunder for any reason including for reasons of breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any of the Policies on hrEntries, or any other agreement between hrEntries, and the User in relation to the hrEntries. The User’s sole right to terminate these Terms and Conditions and the Policies is by not using the website hrEntries, Platform and deleting its account with hrEntries.


Termination shall not affect any liabilities incurred by a User prior to the termination or for acts performed during the pendency of these Terms and Conditions and the Policies which may result in a dispute post-termination of these Terms and Conditions, nor any provision expressed to survive or to be effective on termination and the obligations set out in this Section shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding termination. hrEntries and the User (where applicable) availing the Services provided by hrEntries, shall undertake to settle all outstanding dues to arising out of these Terms and Conditions and the Policies within 7 days by which outstanding dues to be settled days of the termination taking effect.


Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, this agreement shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of India. All claims and proceedings arising under this engagement shall be brought exclusively in the courts in Bangalore, India and Parties hereby consent to the personal Jurisdiction therein.
